1. Agreement to Terms

You (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Vitality Ventures Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) enter into a binding agreement as soon as you click “Accept,” use our Site, or engage with our Services. If you’re under 18, sorry—you’ll have to wait until next birthday to play with our grown-up tools.

We may update these Terms occasionally (hey, the digital world moves fast!). When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last Revised” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them—so check back once in a while!

2. Definitions

5. Orders, Fees & Payment

5.1. Our Tiers

  1. One-and-Done Quizzes – No customization, one-time payment.

  2. Medium Tools – Minor branding/customization, billed monthly.

  3. Fully Customized Solutions – Tailored to your medspa’s needs, premium pricing.

5.2. Payment Methods
Currently, we accept PayPal. We plan to add Stripe soon—future you will thank us.

5.3. Billing & Renewal

  • One-time purchases are paid in full upfront.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice to avoid next-cycle billing.

5.4. Refunds
Requests must be in writing to hello@vitalityventuresgroup.com within 7 days of purchase. After that, no take-backsies.

6. Customer Accounts & Security

You’re responsible for keeping your account info (passwords, etc.) safe. If you suspect unauthorized use, let us know ASAP. We’ll do our best to help—but remember, you keep your keys, you keep your kingdom.

7. Prohibited Activities

Don’t use our Site or Services to:

  • Break the law (duh).

  • Distribute malware or spam.

  • Fake metrics or cheat the system.

  • Infringe anyone’s rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate violators—no warning, no mercy.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy matters! Please review our Privacy Policy to see how we collect, use, and protect your data. TL;DR: We only use your info to deliver and improve Services, send occasional updates, and never sell your personal info.

9. Third-Party Links

We may link to outside content (e.g. plugins, articles). Those sites have their own terms—so don’t blame us if Joe’s Beauty Blog goes offline.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is.” No guarantees, promises, or magic spells that results will be perfect. We aim high, but internet gremlins happen.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitality Ventures Group’s liability to you for any issue is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months. No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or your dog eating your homework.

12. Indemnification

If you do something shady with our Services and someone sues us, you’ll step in, cover costs, and toss in a please-don’t-do-that again apology.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona (because Phoenix rocks). Any disputes go to arbitration in Phoenix—faster and friendlier than a courtroom showdown.

14. Severability

If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still holds. Like a pineapple on pizza—maybe weird, but still works.
